How to book

I. You have four possibilities of searching for a suitable property:
1. Simple search:
Simply enter your travel details:
Click on "search"! All available properties are shown.
 
Total offering
If you want to see our total offering leave the fields empty. Click afterwards on "search".

2. Detailed search:
Please click on "Advanced'' search in the selection bar!

You can enter your special search criteria here. If you have done this, click on the lower end of the page on "Search"!

Choose the location on the map, in the right upper corner.

4. Quick search:
For the "Name search" you have the possibility of directly showing individual properties.

For this enter the name of the holiday property you are looking for in the search field and click on "Search"!

II. How to find out accommodation price?
1. After you have begun the search, you will see properties which meet your search criteria. Now click on a property of your choice and you receive the exact description, additional photos and the price list.

III. How can I book?
1. Choose field ''Book'' by the name of the unit through wich You will send reservation form / request for the chosen property.
2. Please enter your details and click on "Send reservation".

Terms and conditions are at the bottom of the page and You can read them there.

 
V. Confirmation of booking
1. After your booking is received you will receive e-mail from us with all details on further steps.
2. Normally you receive a confirmation of booking, which includes an invoice, from us via e-mail within few hours, but at the latest within 24 hours.

 
VI. Payment
Payment by bank transfer
1. After the booking confirmation please send the deposit amount of 30%.
2. Balance to be payed by bank transfer prior to arrival or apon arrival/in our office.
3. Local taxes and possible supplementary services are paid on arrival (unless it is listed as included in the property description).

VII. Travel documents

The documentation needed on arrival (travel voucher and route description) will be sent to you by e-mail.

VIII. Local customer care
In addition to the care prior to and during your booking through our site , we also provide personal care locally for our customers throughout their entire stay. These are there to help you with advice and support.
