Karbuni

Karbuni is a bay on the south side of the island of Korcula, 7 km from Blato, and 5 km from Vela Luka, larger centers on the island. The name derives from the traditional activity of its habitans, preparation of wooden carbon. The bay itself is one of  the best ancorages for minor boats, and the archipelago in front has many beutiful islands with pitouresque beaches.
